Find all 10 Chaos, find the SP key in the zone you're in, find the special spring and complete the special stage to get an emerald. Hope this helps! :)

i once got to the final boss...with no emralds,wait...maybe 1 or 2 and i got the chance to get the 3rd...oh idk where are the keys,i just got 2 or 3 emeralds
